At Allen Academy we have a clear focus: to educate young people—intellectually, aesthetically, socially, physically, and morally—so they become responsible, contributingcitizens and fulfilled individuals. We believe this is what it will take for them to successfully tackle the challenges of college and life beyond.

To fulfill this mission, we are always looking for experienced teachers (particularly those qualified to teach AP courses). Allen is a wonderful place to teach. Our faculty members are continually encouraged to pursue excellence in and out of the classroom, have the support of colleagues, administrators and parents, and teach a wonderful group of children.
