Character Development

Allen Academy strives to provide a holistic education for our students, and to that end, our Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Rights, Responsibilities, and Outcomes (RRO) programs establish competencies and skills that foster responsible leadership and emotional health. These programs encourage students to communicate thoroughly and effectively which, in turn, allow students to connect in the dynamic social environments present in today’s world.

Diversity

Allen’s International Student Program provides each student with the opportunity to become immersed in an American educational environment. By developing better speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, Allen Academy prepares intermediate and advanced English-speaking students to communicate with confidence in an increasingly global society.

Athletics and Extracurricular Activities

Athletics, student clubs, and organizations are an important role of a student’s life. Allen Academy offers several varsity sports, including cheerleading, cross country, football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, track and field, and golf. Additionally, students take part in extracurricular activities such as drama, yearbook, the school newspaper, and the international club.

Allen Academy is a member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) and competes at the district and state level in art, academics, music, and sports.
