My day at Allen Academy consists of a very busy schedule. If I'm not running student council errands, I'm usually painting football signs or doing homework.
But my school day isn't filled with all work and no play. my painting and drama classes are my two favorite subjects where I can focus on letting out my creativity.
The best part of every day at Allen Academy is advisory period. It's a time where I can wind down from a busy day, and bond with other students in my advisory.
Over the nine years we were at Allen we experienced the best curriculm, caring teachers and felt safe when our kids were at school. Not to mention they were able to play and be successful in athletics and many other extracuricular activities. My only regret is that we don't have any younger children to send to Allen to enjoy all the new exciting things ahead. Ours have both successfully moved onto TAMU and it is all thanks to their years at Allen Academy.
I like the fact that I know everybody in my grade, and that I get one on one help from my teachers. I also like that I have a better chance of getting into a better college.
