John Rouse

John P. Rouse holds bachelors and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University. His undergraduate work was in Educational Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis in chemistry and mathematics. Mr. Rouse’s master’s degree is in Educational Curriculum and Instruction. His post graduate work includes chemistry, biochemistry, educational administration, and reading. John is certified to teach chemistry and mathematics. He also has a certification as a Master Reading Teacher.

In addition to his formal university training, John is also a certified Lead Curriculum Management Auditor through Curriculum Management Systems, Inc. In this capacity, he conducts curriculum management audits as a consultant with Curriculum Management Systems, Inc. and Phi Delta Kappa. He has conducted audits in Texas, Indiana, Philadelphia, Idaho, California, North Carolina, Alaska, and Bermuda.

In addition to serving as a classroom teacher, Mr. Rouse has been a principal, Director of Instruction, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent.  His career in education spans more than 38 years. John has been married to his high school sweetheart, Barbara, for 38 years. Their two sons were born in Bryan, Texas, but both now are married and live in Montana.
