Capital Campaign

Allen Academy's campus is buzzing with excitement! Phase I of a four-phase facility expansion project, Build our Vision, has been completed. The construction of a new $15 million K-12 47,000 square foot academic building became a reality when the project broke ground in May 2006. The building houses all primary academic classrooms and the supporting operational staff for grades K through 12.
Build our Vision supports the construction of a new technology building (Phase ll), a new preschool building (Phase lll), and a fine arts, commons and administration building (phase lV). The campaign will increase endowment for faculty salaries, student financial aid, and building maintenance.

Phase II encompasses the building of a Science and Technology building that will act as the hub for all science and technology on campus. Technology upgrades across campus will coincide with the new infrastructure and provide the educational tools necessary to fully utilize the new campus resources.

The Preschool building will be demolished during Phase lll, and a new building will be constructed at a projected cost of $2.85 million. This building will house our Preschool students as well as interior and exterior areas for instruction and recreation. This phase includes furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Phase lV concludes the campaign with the construction of a $3.95 million Fine Arts, Commons, and Administration Building. The current Fine Arts and Cafeteria facility will be expanded to house all Fine Arts instructional and performance areas, a commons and cafeteria facility, and an Administrative wing with a front entrance for visitors. This phase includes furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
The Pavilion will undergo redevelopment and be incorporated into the outdoor commons and recreation areas of the new campus.
