PKII Reaches the Big 100

Our Pre-Kindergarten II class (4 & 5-year-olds) made it to the number 100 on the 100th day of school on Feb. 2. Starting on day one, the students, most of whom were knew their numbers to 20, learned to count all the way to 100.

To help the children understand our core value of Empathy and thinking about others, they collected cans for the Brazos Valley Food Bank. They made 100 their goal, and on the 100th day, the collected exactly 100 items, all donated by our families. The items were delivered to the Food Bank, and the students reached a big number and made a difference while doing it.
